About Vikki's Venue
Vikki's Venue is an intimate, versatile event space ideal for celebrations, meetings, and social
gatherings. With a warm atmosphere and thoughtful amenities, we make it easy to host memorable
events for up to 65 guests, depending on setup, with an inviting outdoor patio option.
Standard Rental Rates
- Rental Fee: $400 per hour (4-hour minimum)
- Included:
7 tables & 60 chairs
On-site venue attendant
2 complimentary hours for setup
1 complimentary hour for breakdown
Add-Ons & Additional Services
- In-House Catering: Delicious menus by Victoria's Kitchen & Catering (pricing varies).
- Outside Catering Fee: $200 (outside caterer must provide proof of insurance).
- Bar & Bartender: Available - Vikki's Venue holds a liquor license.
- DJ Services: Available upon request.
- Decorator: Available upon request.
- Additional Rentals: Linen, decor, or specialty furniture available at extra cost.
Weekday & Specialty Use Pricing
For weekday rentals (Monday-Thursday):
Perfect for business meetings, workshops, yoga/dance classes.
- Hourly Rate: $300 per hour (2-hour minimum)
- Amenities: Tables, chairs, on-site attendant included.
Event Hours
- Monday-Thursday: All events must end by 9:00 PM
- Friday-Sunday: All events must end by 10:00 PM
Booking & Policies
- 50% deposit required to secure date.
- Security deposit may apply.
- Final guest count & catering choices due 14 days prior to event.
- Setup & breakdown must be completed within allotted rental time.
